Well here we are in the first month of 2010 and all over the world people are motivated to make positive changes in their lives, careers, finances, relationships, etc. Being a very optimistic brother, I too have and do occasionally get wrapped up in the energy and hype associated with a new year. I have a renewed vigor and willingness to go harder then I ever have and do more than I’ve ever done.

I’ve had a full day dealing with local production business while preparing for the arrival of Natasha, an artist coming in from Montreal, Canada, to allow me the pleasure of producing an album to accompany a book she has written. In effect, I will be creating a musical score as background ambiance for her spoken word poetry, and the book as a whole.

I am now going to offer an approach to developing the team that will help you win. Within this context I define winning as achieving clearly established goals and positioning yourself for opportunities that dreams are made of. I will be presenting this information in three parts.
